Before you write
The right details up front usually mean one reply instead of three.
Send your username, the tournament name and the UPI transaction reference. Late payments are usually already in your wallet.
Check the status and UTR on your wallet page first. If it shows paid but has not arrived, send us the UTR.
Write within 48 hours of the match with the round, the players involved and any screenshots or recordings.
Email us from the address on your account so we can verify it is you.
