Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GamersArena (“GamersArena”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, registering for a tournament or otherwise using the site, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher.
• You must be a resident of India and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must not take part from any state or territory where tournaments of this kind are restricted. It is your responsibility to know the law that applies to you.
• One account per person. Duplicate, shared or purchased accounts may be closed.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us straight away at support.gamerarena@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.

The BGMI ID and in-game name on your profile must be your own. Results are matched to them, and a mismatch can void a result or a payout.

• Each tournament page sets out its format, schedule, entry fee, slot count, scoring table and prize distribution. Those details form part of these terms for that tournament.
• Room IDs and passwords are released to registered players shortly before each round. Sharing them with anyone outside your registered team is not allowed.
• Results are entered by the organiser from the match lobby. Scores are calculated from placement and kills using the published scoring table.
• We may reschedule a round, or cancel a tournament, for technical problems, insufficient registrations, game server issues or reasons outside our control. Cancellation refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

The following lead to disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and possible account suspension:

• Hacks, emulators where not allowed, modified clients, scripts or any third-party advantage.
• Teaming with opponents, match fixing, or deliberately throwing a match.
• Playing on someone else's account, or letting someone play on yours.
• Sharing room credentials, or joining a room you are not registered for.
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards players or staff.

Decisions on fair-play cases are made by our moderators on the evidence available. You can ask for a review by writing to us within 48 hours of the match.

• Entry fees are paid by UPI through our payment partner, Razorpay, or from your GamersArena wallet. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹). See Pricing for the full fee breakdown.
• Your wallet holds winnings (prize money and refunds of UPI payments), which you can withdraw or spend on entries, and bonus (referral credit), which can only be spent on entry fees and cannot be withdrawn.
• Prizes are credited to your wallet once the organiser publishes the final results. A prize can be withheld while a fair-play report about that match is under review.
• Withdrawals are paid to the UPI ID you provide. You are responsible for that ID being correct and in your own name. We may ask you to verify your identity before paying out.
• You are responsible for any tax due on your winnings. Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source, we will do so and the deduction will appear in your wallet history.

Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred player adds a BGMI ID that has not earned a referral before. Self-referrals, throwaway accounts and recycled game accounts are void, and we may reverse bonuses obtained that way.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Winnings that were earned fairly remain yours and can be withdrawn unless they are the subject of an open fraud or fair-play investigation.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Withdraw any winnings first: bonus credit is not paid out on closure.

GamersArena is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Krafton or Battlegrounds Mobile India. We do not control the game, its servers or its availability.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the entry fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will notify registered players of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of City, State, India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
