01In short
- Withdraw before the registration deadline and your entry fee comes back in full.
- If we cancel a tournament, every entry fee is refunded in full.
- Refunds land in your GamersArena wallet straight away, and UPI-paid refunds are withdrawable.
- Once a tournament has started, entry fees are not refunded.
02Cancelling your entry
You can withdraw from a tournament from its page at any time until the registration deadline shown there. Your entry fee is refunded in full, with no deduction.
If you are a squad captain, withdrawing cancels the whole team's entry and refunds the fee to you, as the captain paid it. Settling up with teammates is between you and them.
After the registration deadline, entries cannot be withdrawn and fees are not refunded, including if you or your team do not show up for a round.
03When we cancel or reject
Your entry fee is refunded in full if:
- We cancel the tournament, for any reason.
- We reject your registration, for example because slots were over-filled.
- Your UPI payment arrives after the entry has already closed or been withdrawn.
If a round is rescheduled rather than cancelled, your entry carries over to the new time and no refund is due. If you cannot make the new time, write to us within 24 hours of the announcement and we will refund you.
Entries disqualified for breaking the fair-play rules are not refunded.
04Where refunds go
- Paid by UPI: the full amount is credited to your wallet as winnings, so you can withdraw it to your bank or use it for another entry.
- Paid from your wallet: the amount returns to the same balances it came from — winnings to winnings, bonus to bonus.
Wallet refunds are instant. If you would rather have a UPI payment returned to the original UPI account instead of your wallet, write to us within 7 days of the refund; it is processed through Razorpay and normally reaches you in 5 to 7 working days.
05Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is ₹50. We do not charge a withdrawal fee.
- You can have one withdrawal request open at a time.
- The amount is held from your wallet when you request it and paid to your UPI ID, usually within 2 working days. You can track it, and see the bank reference (UTR) once paid, on your wallet page.
- If a withdrawal is rejected, the full amount returns to your wallet with the reason.
- Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn.
06Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but your entry was not confirmed, it is usually because the payment arrived late; in that case it is credited to your wallet automatically. If you cannot see it there within an hour, send us the UPI transaction reference and we will trace it. A duplicate payment for the same entry is refunded in full.
